Remedial massage is a specific branch of massage developed to assess and treat a range of muscular skeletal conditions. The techniques vary to suit the needs of the condition but can include any of the following; deep and soft tissue work, trigger pointing, lymph drainage, stretching, muscular time release and neuroskeletal point work.

How long is the treatment?
Treatment times vary, you can have 30 mins, 60 mins or 90 mins.
Is there a cancellation policy?
24 hours notice is needed to cancel an appointment otherwise the full fee will be charged.
Do you offer home visits?
In some instances home visits might be possible.
What if my condition is chronic?
Please ring me to discuss, please also check with your medical adviser that treatment is safe considering your condition.
Can I have remedial massage for everyday aches and pains?
Yes, a lot of my regular clients just see me for everyday aches and pains to keep them in check and help reduce stress and muscle stiffness.
How long before the treatment works?
In most cases people feel a sense of well being after the massage, however depending on the type of treatment, the full benefits of the treatment may take up to two days to be realised.
Is the treatment painful?
Some remedial massage techniques can feel painful at times, especially where deep tissue and pressure point work is required.
